This Promotion is sponsored by Clinique Laboratories, LLC, Corporate Headquarters, 767 Fifth Avenue, New York, NY, 10153, U.S., and CondéNet, Inc., 1166 Avenue of the Americas, 14th Floor, New York, NY, 10036 (individually and collectively, the "Sponsor").

ELIGIBILITY. This sweepstakes (the "Promotion") is only open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old as of the date of entry, except officers, directors, members, and employees of the Sponsor , or any other party associated with the development or administration of this Promotion, and the immediate family (i.e., parents, children, siblings, spouse), and persons residing in the same household, as such individuals. This Promotion is void outside the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, and where prohibited.

HOW TO ENTER. Visit http://www.condenet.com/promo/clinique/sweeps/evenbetteryou/entry/ during the Promotion Period and follow the instructions to sign up for the Clinique Countdown emails and complete and submit the entry form. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Limit: One entry per person, per e-mail address, during the Promotion Period. All entrant information, including e-mail addresses, is subject to the respective Privacy Policy of the applicable Sponsor.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION. Winner selection will be conducted by random drawing from all eligible entries on or about July 15th, 2009 (the "Drawing Date"). Any potential winner will be notified by mail, email and/or telephone. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within five (5) days from the date the Sponsor first tries to notify him/her, and/or the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner forfeits all rights to win the Promotion or receive the prize, and an alternate potential winner may be selected. Upon contacting a potential winner and determining that he/she has met all eligibility requirements of the Promotion, including without limitation the execution of required waivers, publicity and liability releases and disclaimers, such individual will be declared the "winner" of the Promotion.

PRIZE DESCRIPTION. There will be one (1) Grand Prize winner. The prize is four (4) consecutive weeks' worth of dinners for two people (28 dinners total) that will be pre-cooked and delivered to the winner's home each night by a chef chosen by the Sponsors, four (4) personal training sessions (one per week for four consecutive weeks) by a professional trainer at a gym in or near the winner's hometown to be chosen by Sponsor, a $1500.00 Amex gift card (may be subject to certain restrictions including expriation date) for wardrobe and consultation with a stylist to be chosen by Sponsor, and a makeover by a Clinique makeup artist at a Clinique counter at a store in or near the winner's hometown and a beauty basket of the products used in the makeover so the winner can re-create the look for themselves. All elements of the prize package must be fulfilled within the same one-month period before June 2010. The approximate retail value of the prize package is $6600.00.
